Fundación Paideia Galiza, carries along with international partners the EVOKE project financed by the OAPEE (Spanish Office of European Educational Programmes, Ministry of Education) through the European Union’s Lifelong Learning Programme “Transfer of Innovation” (TOI) which aims to improve quality & appealing of vocational training in participating countries.

Sapin, The Netherlands, Norway & Lithuania.

Objectives:
The project aims to improve the quality assurance system for career guidance by transferring and adapting the model of combined innovative parts: the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of services and the method of social return on investment for the drop-outs and persons at risk of dropping out in initial vocational training (IVT.)
Specific objectives of the project are:
1. Analyzing and enabling all partners to understand the benefits of the quality assurance model for career guidance, its transferability and receiving to countries and comparison with the situation in each country.
2. Blending the innovations and adapting them to the career guidance service in IVT as well as to the needs of target groups.
3. Transferring of transferable units of the quality assurance model for career guidance service in the partners’ geography.
4. Testing and fine-tuning the quality assurance model for vocational guidance services in the new environment of IVT.
5. Evaluation outcomes as part of recommendation for future development of career guidance quality.
6. Implementing a dissemination and exploitation plan through local, national and international communities, including IVT and career guidance providers, target groups, stakeholders, potential users, social partners, policy makers.
