¿What is LA IDA project?
“LA IDA” is a project financed by ESF in the framework of the German federal programme of “Integration through exchange” (which takes part of the project “Transnational ways for integration in the labour market e regional development”).
How is it implemented?
Fundación Paideia signed a transnational cooperation agreement with German IBI (Institut für Bildung in der Informationsgesellschaft e. V.)
IBI is training institution for the information society. IBI aims to study & support training processes in a context characterized by rapid changes in digital media. IBI headquarters are located in Berlin (Germany).
Objetive
The project aims to provide young German people with a transnational experience which complement their training & experience, and offers them the opportunity to learn Spanish. The main goal is to improve their working possibilities in the near future.
Target group
Transnational stays are organised in the framework of LA IDA project address to unemployed or disadvantaged young people from the Brandenburg state.
Duration
The first group of LA IDA experts visited Galician at the beginning of November 2009, and the first group of young people arrived in mid-November 2009. The project will last until the end of 2012.
In 2010 four groups of young people came (February, April & September), and two groups of experts (April & September).
In 2012 four groups of young people came (February, April & September), and a group of experts (June).
