Project title:
Exchange of educational and vocational trainning for trainees and professionals working in public space and urban landscape: FORMAURBS.
Introduction:
This is a Leonardo da Vinci (Ldv) Partnership. LdV partnership is a framework for small-scale cooperation activities between European organisations working in the field of vocational education and training ("VET") which will be cooperating on themes of mutual interest to the participating organisations
Duration:
2 years (August 2011- July 2013).
Objetives:
1.- Exchange experience of approaches regarding training, education and qualifications of professionals in urban space and landscape by comparing in a transnational frame the situation in the East and West European countries, and adapt them to their own curricula.
2.- Pensar Think about the way to re-approach the public space in the last 20 years in Europe, by comparing natural contexts and institutional approaches regarding the training of trainees and educators in VET.
3.- Assume by each partner the EQF and ECVET, valuing the new qualification at European level based on recognizing the work-based learning.
4.- Putting together innovative and the most efficient approaches in landscape education and evaluate the advantage of applying them for each partner institution.
5.- Optimize the formation of trainers in urban landscape based on a basis of resources and innovative methodology with online access.
6.- Add plus value to the professional training in urban landscape using aesthetic, cultural and educational non-formal approaches, adapted to the ethnic, economic and enviroment realities, and the functiooning of the administration and the other relevant city bodies.
7.- Develop partnership with local communities to transfer to them the actions launched by partners and negotiate with them the content of the stages for learners or suggest them modules of proximity training.
